Since all return shipments rely on carriers such as UPS and FedEx, the same address rules that they enforce also apply on ReturnPilot.

Supported addresses

The following rules must be followed for an address to be acceptable:

• It must be physical.
• It must be either residential or commercial.
• It must not be located in a remote or inaccessible area.

Unsupported addresses

The following address types may not be supported by some carriers:

• Airports.
• Bus stations.
• Train stations.
• Military bases.
• Fleet post offices.
• Army post offices.
• Post office boxes and drop boxes.
• Government buildings (with restricted access).
